How can we improve Yahoo Member Center?

Please delete old mobile no. of 96xxxx61 when hm_hung@yahoo.com are log in

My previous mobile phone 852 9690 5261 has not been used for about 4 years. I have asked yahoo.com many times to delete this phone no. when my hmhung@yahoo.com are login. I still find this 96xxxx61 is available for any other people to log in. I find that somebody has bought this mobile phone card & login in my hmhung@yahoo.com. This some people has my some personal details such as old HongKong Identity card no. and/or old passbook. Now my correct mobile no. is 852 9557 9177. Please delete the old phone no. Please confirm understading my problem and give me a reply to hm_hung@yahoo.com or dickyhung2000@yahoo.com.hk. or mobile 852 9557 9177
