How can we improve Yahoo Member Center?

Profile Photo issue

I've updated my profile photo years ago which I thought was successful. Recently I have found out that the recipient can only see the old and not the new photo. I spoke with many different yahoo representatives and no one was able to fix the issue. I am very close to deleting my yahoo email altogether!

    I am also puzzled about this as I used to change my photo every six months with no problem and now I can't do it at all. Yahoo is making things more complicated and IMPOSSIBLE. Why? Why did you mess this up?
