You have my connected devices is wrong. It says I am connected to a device in Salisbury North Carolina. I am in Edmonton Alberta Canada.

How do I delete a wrong device that you say I am connected to. I am and always have been in Edmonton Alberta Canada. Have I been hacked? my name, phone numbers and 2 emails are correct. I need help with this. I have changed my password 2 times in the last 1/2 hour but it still says that I am connected to a device in Salisbury North Carolina. Here is the device you tell me I am connected with.
