    It feels as though my email is being held *******. I just want to be able to use Outlook. I don't know how long it's been down, but it's been long enough that your error message comes up on MICROSOFT'S help & support.

    I cannot access my yahoo mail on any third party app, because the yahoo app password function "is not supported at this time, try again in an hour". LOL this has been the case for MONTHS.

    Yahoo, either fix this, or admit that you want us to use your app, and remove this misleading fake app password.

    App Password is not broken......Yahoo in it's infinite wisdom turned it off. They want us to use their app and browser client so we have to watch ads. After several decades of having a yahoo email address, I am switching to gmail only. What a dumb move by a dumb company. It really is hysterical watching idiots like yahoo decide the best way to interact with users. Goodbye.

    I created my yahoo only so that I have access to the smtp and imap features but they have stopped it!

    Yes, please fix this, is this just a way to force us to sign into premium service as there is no answer and no other way to sort this out.

    Gmail has it working. Fix it please. Need a pass for Outlook Desktop.

    At the very least a message should pop up letting us know the generator is not working instead of letting us try six ways to sunday to figure out what the heck WE are doing wrong in order to get it to work... really disappointed Yahoo. Signed sad yahoo customer

    dealbreaker. either provide the app password or allow us to log in using or regular log in credentials. will be leaving yahoo soon if its not fixed.

    Could Yahoo please advise if there is any intention to fix this? Yes or no? This is not how a multi-billion dollar company should conduct its business.
