Some sort of acknowledgement would be great, Yahoo. You know, like we've read this multitude of comments and are aware of the problem. Maybe even a statement of intent to fix it?

I have to agree with everyone here Yahoo needs to get it where we can get an app password generator for Outlook. There is alot of people who need to use Outlook for work and for school. Yahoo needs to pull their fingers out of the butt and fix this soon.

I have wasted hours trying to setup ymail in outlook only to find you have added a feature that doesn't work. WHY? This is the stupidest idea i have ever come accross.

Hey Yahoo! If your not going to fix this, then disable the feature and let us access our email by just using our email password! Same as how we access the app via the website. This has bee too long, really poor customer service. This type of response does not sell be on buying into you paid for services... think about it.

What is going on? It has been MONTHS since this broke and all your robotic tech support reps can say is "some accounts have it, some accounts don't" and "it will be available in the future, but i don't know when that is. In this security focused era, this is mandatory! Is there a work around like using OKTA or google auth?
Come on folks, these are table stakes today.

This is a critical issue so please up the priority to fix the "generate app password" link. The ack of being able to connect the email to other email clients is a serious limitation and (almost) sufficient to consider closing the yahoo account . Please help urgently

Bro like for real. I was about to get yahoo plus but i see it's been 2 months and nothing has been fixed or probably even worked on. You need to fire your IT department because they suck. You are probably doing it on purpose just to make us see the stupid adds on the browser

I need to set up my iPhone to access my Yanoo email and I am not able to do so. I see comments going back to Oct. 2, 2022 so this is not a new problem.

C'mon, Yahoo! Let's get this feature fixed already, please. The tech industry already has a bad rep; there's no need to further perpetuate it.

For something rate 1 to 10 on ranked list, this should be fixed by now if you care about your audience at all! Filed FCC report so it gets some attention and having my lawyer make anything request.

I believe my computers have been hacked. I have 2 laptops, desktop, 2 ipads and an IPhone.
The only one that has ever left my home is the IPhone. Otherwise I am the only person
that ever signs into them. Within the last couple of months I have had problems signing in to my Yahoo email accounts. I am also Locked out of my IPad Facebook page. In order to change P/Ws
I am now locked out completely. There was an attempt to log in to my accounts from Ashburn, Va. I don't know how many times. -
