    Why are we not receiving feedback guys? If you are not able to fix this and give us feedback via email you should advise us how to move our email address over to a new mail provider like google for instance. Pathetic.

    Since last 15 days I am trying to login into my account using outlook by generating app password, a popup window showing the massage this feature is not available now.Please let us know Is it permanant or on temporary basis so that we can change our mind accordingly and replace this email id by another one to communicate through outlook. well if it not available please you make an apps which is better than outlook having all those features over there. This is shameful steps taken by yahoo.

    I don’t know I’m doing it all the time asking password because phone got cameras for you managing this I don’t know don’t need all the time asking passport Because my phone knows what I’m doing what I’m eating when I’m sleeping on bottom bone what time selling that I’m going what time doing that’s enough information for phone thank you

    This is INTENTIONAL on Yahoo's part. Both my "legacy" accounts, one for 30 years and the other for only 3 years maintain my app passwords, and I am able to manage them, add new ones etc..., however the NEW account which I just created for my new business name is BLOCKED from accessing the tool, which IS AVAILABLE and WORKS FINE for both my older accounts.

    i fear I MAY HAVE DELETED my ACCOUNT WHICH IS ******* me off BECAUSE YOU ARE THE ONLY EMAIL SERVICE i prefer to use so if I HAVE TO CHANGE IT. i DO NOT THINK I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY TO RESET THIS ISSUE.

    App password is now working on my end, since stopped working on Dec 2022. I'm able to generate App Password and login to Outlook Desktop.

    for me to continue using Yahoo, this is critical for me. Given Yahoo no longer has its own desktop app for Windows, it is critical for the app password generator to be fixed. I've used Yahoo Mail since the early 1990s and been incredibly loyal. However, this is a deal breaker for me, as I must be able to have a desktop app connected to Yahoo, rather than a web interface. I can't do all I need to do via Yahoo's interface, hence I use Outlook. If there isn't a fix soon, I will have to drop Yahoo, which is a hard decision to make but necessary... over to you Yahoo!
