Stop deleting old emails on decade old accounts for inactivity
I can recall at least a handful of times I've logged into my account over the passed 2 years, and suddenly I log into my account with everything deleted. I've had this account since I was a young teenager, and I'm honestly mortified thinking of the memories I've lost that I can never retrieve again. And to make matters worse, my Minecraft account (which I also have had since a teen) is directly linked to this email, and now Mojang won't send me any confirmation emails because my email has been flagged as inactive on their website. I've been trying for over an hour and no emails are coming through. It doesn't matter that you reactivated it, it doesn't change anything on their side. And there is no way anyone at Mojang is going to look into this. All because you wanted to save a few gigabytes of data. So not only did you delete my lifetime worth of emails, but you also just prevented me from playing on a Minecraft account that has NOTHING to do with you. This email service is, by far, the most unreliable, heartbreaking service I've ever had the displeasure of using. I am devastated. If your servers can't handle that little bit of data sitting around for a recurring user, then your service is barely worth anything better than a throwaway mail. I will let people I talk to in the future know that their data is most certainly not in good hands by using Yahoo as an email service.

can't wait for some degenerate to activate their CTRL+C and CTRL+V to give me a half-baked, canned response. Nothing they can do will fix this.
