EXPLAIN SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
Three times I was notified that due to suspicious activity, my account had to be verified. Yet, when I checked, there was NOTHING showing up as suspicious, other than my (FIREFOX) browser showing up as an individual device!

Was notified of suspicious activity. No email on file apparently (this I SWEAR was on previously). Two "secret questions" offered, neither of which I EVER remember answering and didn't even apply to me (i.e. honeymoon but I've not been married).
Signed in next day, was offered to add an email. No secret questions. Went to account details, NO mention of any secret questions. No way to add/change/etc. that I can find.
WTF??!!? Get it together, stop scamming me so I'll pay for support! This is abhorrent.

If this suspicious activity LIE continues I will be among the MILLIONS that will be dumping Yahoo Mail. It is annoying and by your own admission (suspicious activity page) it is a LIE. I do not need or desire that Yahoo hold my hand while I am logged in. Nor will I subscribe to any upgrade to my Yahoo account. If you insist on continuing this charade I would reccomend an opt out feature, and SOON.

Exactly, this is nothing more than yahoo being shady and punishing those who don’t use their app, provide their phone number or pay for Yahoo+!

Second day in a row I got the notice on login. Nothing suspicious in activity at all, nothing. This must be their punishment for me not giving them my phone number to sell.

Yes, just got the same notice on login and saw NOTHING suspicious other than yahoo not logging my PC out in history when I click the logout button at the end of the day.
