Yahoo fantasy hockey draft survey is broken
14 year user of Fantasy Hockey, changes made to draft and related tooling was a mess. Then, you gave me a link on sports.yahoo.com asking for feedback on this year's draft, so like I fool I click it, and it turns out to be a legit survey -- however, its broken. So after I entered data and feedback, I click next and its more questions, except the form is broken and does not display questions. When I click next to try and move on and submit, I'm blocked because it says I need to answer the question on the current page....which has a header and is blank white (no content). I looked at the source and there's some failed xhr call, no data. What a PoS. I think this is the last year my league will participate -- nice going.

oh also? the initial page load for the survey took 87 seconds to load. subsequent page loads for survey took about 25-30 seconds.
