Please Help me to restore my documents in my email. I have not been to my email for quite sometime and now that I'm here i cant find anythin

Please Help me to restore my documents in my email.
I have not been to my email for quite sometime and now that I'm here i cant find anything in this email. All my documents are gone and cant be replaced. I need someone to try to figure out where they are and replace them
