ACTUALLY SUPPLY HELP WHEN IT's AN ACCOUNT ISSUE!!!!!!!
I have been charged $5/month for a very long time -- despite that I have reported that the Upgrade to Mail+ was added to the WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS! It was to go on my "Primary" account (professional communications with professional title). Yahoo, in all it's wisdom, UPGRADED MY PERSONAL< FAMILY ACCOUNT.
How does someone actually reach a person to explain the problem and GET MY $$$ BACK!!! I have had these email accounts for OVER 50 YEARS!!!!
I was around when the first "Bug" was found in the GIANT COMPUTER.
