This email is for Yahoo Plus Secure Pro (Cost: $12.99/mo) Awful Customer Service esp Billing
I hope they get rid of representatives who GASLIGHT clients! I called to unsubscribe but the billing representative kept on gaslighting me on the veracity of the info I provided him (e.i. personal info my name etc.). He confused me from beginning to end. He wouldn't even admit to his mistake and blamed me for why things spiraled down. Up until my husband joined in the conversation that matters were addressed. Nothing really changed with the info I provided but this guy instead of providing customer CARE AND SUPPORT, gave me the worst customer service experience. I asked to unsubscribe from Secure Pro on one of my yahoo emails but the initial customer agent I spoke with earlier attached the subscription to an email I'm no longer using. How convenient is that? They could just charge my credit card monthly payments without me knowing! I'm just sending this to warn users and always beware of customer representatives trying to fool you and make it so impossible for you to unsubscribe to their service.
