How can we improve Yahoo Member Center?

Why can we not pay annually for Yahoo Mail??

We used to be able to pay for the upgraded Yahoo Mail annually. Now we are having to pay every, single month. It is beyond annoying. Bring back the annual subscription plan.

    I should be able to pay for a full year in advance...$60.00 annually. This $5.00 monthly is a royal pain !!
    Bring back the annual payment option !!!!
