silk browser
After contacting Amazon regarding my Fire 10 device with problems regarding the Yahoo comment section, I was asked to contact Yahoo about this. The problem began with the last update to Kindle devices on June 14, 2023.
I can read, scroll and rate comments on my Fire HD 10 device, but I cannot make comments. When I tap on the comment box or the reply button, I find myself back at the top of the page. I also cannot view my past comments as it does the same thing. After several attempts at making a comment, the ability to scroll is also hampered as it just flips back to the top of the page. This only happens with this device, which is why I contacted Amazon. I have a Fire HD 8 and use the Silk browser, but have no problem with it. They told me that other customers as having this problem, and not just with the Silk browser. I am hopeful this will be resolved by someone.
