How can we improve Yahoo Member Center?

Cant reactive closed email do to 2 step verification process

I go through the steps 1 sign in to closed account 2 verify using sent code.3 then yahoo insists on sending 2nd code to a non active email account. when I press chose other option It won't allow me to do this

    all they want is to force you to pay for help. On other email systems this does not happen!~
