How can we improve Yahoo Member Center?

I can not join up to a premium subscription as I am in New Zealand and that is not a recognised Post Code for my area of Auckland

I can not join Yahoo Premium because I live in Auckland New Zealand.

    I have a lot of emails I need to deal with and I need the advanced settings the Yahoo Premium can offer. I also need to know how much it is for a monthly subscription in NZ $
