Eliminate the "window" for the Finance portfoilio
The portfolio lisitngs are constrained by a window or frame which does not allow the use of the full width of a monitor. It's necessary to move to the bottom of the frame, then scroll left and right to see all the columns one might be using. This is extremely inconvenient! Why must the portfolio information be contained in a frame? It was not always this way. I very, very, much preferred the earlier version that allowed me to take advantage of a larger monitor.

How do I switch back to light mode on yahoo finance?
it appears that yahoo has decided what users really like.
the yahoo finance is in Dark Mode and there is no toggle option.
Looks like Yahoo decides what is best for users. Thanks yahoo for being so considerate of users. (Sarcasm) -
lots
Lots
Where in the world are all the Lots, how do you edit, adjust and delete lots. Wow no instructions as you work through your combersome changes. What are all these new views, discovered a slide bar at the bottom of portfolio, this doesnt work good, need to be able to scroll within individual rows. -
Could you please advise me on how to move the Quote Lookup and "My Portfolios" detail from the right side of the Holdings Summary?
That box gets in the way of the Holdings Summary information. I have to wonder if the designer actually is a user!

Bring Classic Back. The new Yahoo Finance format does not display properly on a wide screen. Bring back the 52 week range graph!!!
The new Yahoo Finance format does not display properly on a wide screen or should i say... The standard 1920 x 1080 format. You have blank areas that cannot be optimized wider to accommodate more data columns when creating a custom view, scrolling over to the right sucks!!! Classic Format was much better and now we do not have the option to revert back. It seems like that the layout is in portrait display mode, If your targeting day traders with vertical screens, then have a landscape display option for the majority users, because day traders don’t use yahoo finance..…

Portfolio SUMMARY VIEW is greatly missed. It was a very useful tool that's been eliminated for what reason?
Return the old option when collecting a group of symbols to see more financial data in format. It is needed for those monitoring a portfolio or considering a number of buy options in one sector.

why did all the old feedback disappear this morning?
Seems like a couple thousand comments saying what Yahoo didn't want to hear so they just deleted them.
You can still view all threads by switching the status option to 'Reviewed.'

Your Yahoo Finance page is not user friendly as one can't view the information they need without getting a headache.
We need to see portfolio information all on one screen, one page, no scrolling to see and having to guess what column title we are under. Also can't move to the right unless near the bottom of the page. Go back to the old way.

Ex-Dividend Date
Ex-Dividend Date on all my stocks. Such a critical data point, can't understand why you can't even add it to the Summary of information when viewing a stock

One screen back
Please consider. When I select the "back arrow", I really expect to go back to the previous screen, not recycle back to the top to select which portfolio I want, which specific view I want, having to select compact table view again and then navigate to where I was originally. What's up with that? Did not the project managers see this as ridiculous, aggravating programming? Please fix, thanks.

The portfolio performance chart (red line) is wrong if NVDA is in the portfolio
My portfolio is overloaded with NVDA and the only change in the past two weeks is the 10/1 stock split. The Yahoo chart shows a 30% drop on 6/7. The value of the portfolio is correct

Holding SELL Price missing
How do I enter the sale price of a stock on the holding page? The BUY entries seem to be okay but SELL without a sell price makes tracking of transactions problematic

Allow to revert back to classic portfolio design
The portfolio v2 design does not satisfy my need. Entering the transaction is only slowing down everything. It does not allow to keep a CASH account as it was possible in classic portfolio.
We will soon eliminate some of the required fields.
There's an option to add cash at the bottom of your portfolio but you can no longer use the custom symbol $$CASH.

I just tried to add reinvested dividends as $0 cost as I did with 1.0 and discovered the same problem. Please let us know if Yahoo Finance
Revise Yahoo Finance 2.0 to allow transactions to be entered with a $0 share cost or allow a selection per equity to reinvested dividends rather than have them added to cash balance.
The goal is for the reinvested dividends to be included in profit summary. Version 1.0 allowed $0 cost to be entered for shares which provided a workaround to accomplish this.
Good news! We now allow $0 cost/share.
Please try again and let us know if you have further feedback.

What happened to the Morningstar ratings. I can't find them. That is one of the reasons I paid for the subscription to Yahoo finance

Thank you for your feedback. We’re planning to reintroduce Morningstar ratings to the quote pages soon. In the meantime, you can locate them in the research reports. Simply scroll down to the “Research Reports” section, click on the latest Morningstar report, and you’ll see the rating there.

I can no longer see the conversations with your updated view. For a lot of reasons, I prefer the old view.
The original view provided a useful snapshot; your updated view for stocks does not. Furthermore, I can no longer see and participate in the conversation section.
Thank you for the feedback.
We fixed an issue where Conversations were not loading. You can now access Conversations from the left-hand side of the redesigned Quote page.
Please let us know if you encounter any other issues.
Yahoo Finance team.
