Lists now resolve as alphabetical,- ALWAYS.
The listing in my URL is NOT alphabetical,- but listed according to my own values (most risk is listed at the top, etc). Now, all of a sudden, irrespective of what sequence my lists are in the URL, Yahoo takes the liberty to post alphabetical. I don't want AAL above AAPL! Or ZM listed at the end. BAD Bad, bad ideas you guys are coming up with for something that wasn't broken. FIX IT!

Thank you, that worked. I did not need to restart my computer. I just deleted all browsing data and then restarted Chrome. Of course, I needed to redo my custom order but at least now it remembered it.

I had the same issue with custom order - here's the fix (it's annoying). Delete the browsing data from whatever browser you use, restart your computer. Re-login to your Yahoo Finance account. You'll need to fully re-do the Custom Order of your Watchlist. Once you have the line items back in your desired order, click Done. You'll now be able to cycle through ascending, descending, and custom order sorts like we all could before 2 days ago. They must have broken everyones' prior custom orders in a recent update, but mine is working normally again now after the steps above.

a grammer school programmer could fix this in 10 minutes, no doubt they have off shored this which speaks to the horrific layout. They moved a lot around, but broke 1/2 the features

They broke the "Custom Order". There should be a button at the top of the list that would allow you to revert the list sort order back to your "Custom Order".

Totally agree! I want to see stock quotes in the order in my list and not in an automatically alphabetical version
