I have been using yahoo charts since the 1990's. The ones back then were far superior to the current "new and improved" ones.

I construct a chart with my chosen indicators that I follow, such as bollinger bands, moving averages, RSI, etc. I set it on a one year chart to evaluate a particular security. Most of the time when i put another security in, the chart reverts to the one day chart on the summary page. When i extend it to the chart page, my indicators are gone and i have to start all over setting up the chart like i want it.

This has become so frustrating that i am looking very hard for an alternative to Yahoo finance.

I have seen several post from other users expressing their complete displeasure with these "new and improved" charts. PLEASE, bring back the "old and ******" ones.
