I am a long time user of yahoo finance. I still like the content and layout of the yahoo finance portal but it has become really slow to load. You can’t really use the page while it’s still trying to load. The problem is active when the chart is loading on a stock overview page.

It’s a very common problem with a very well known solution - load the slow loading fragments of the page asynchronously. All software programmers know it.

The problem is so bad that I am seriously thinking of moving to some other portal for the first time in 25 years.
