Bronze subscription download should allow for “nicknames”. With out it, Vanguard downloads are totally useless. I am trying to get my $94 CITI CREDIT CARD charge returned. Not refunding my $94 is a ripoff and pure thievery. Shame on you. I will cancel my credit card before paying the $94.
