    ..i implement streaming, since it's a part of the Fantasy GAME we
    play, but i can definitely see how folks who don't like the tactic
    would benefit from a Max IP setting..

    ..that said, be prepared for highly increased prime SP demand at
    the top end of the Draft, eh?..

    ..personally, i feel that streaming SPs encourages (or awards)
    more active owners..plus, it's an option open to all, so as more
    owners implement the strategy, there are fewer viable SP to
    meet demand, thereby reducing the impact of a few owners
    who "take advantage" (not really, since it's built into the GAME)
    of it..

    ..still, a Max IP could help diminish the practice, as well as
    providing Y!FLB Managers the opportunity to recover from a
    disasterous outing by one of their primo starters..

    ..if you consider 7 Starters per week, averaging 6 IP (maybe
    5?..those are setting the Commish should be able to set),
    as well as considering RP activity, i'd think something like
    60 Max IP would be reasonable..and (pls!) make it adjustable
    by the Commish, as they see fit..

    not for- or against-, but a decent change to permit>>
