    How about hiring me to edit your written reports before posting them for public perusal? I do believe that the best way to be taken as a serious news page by joe public, would be to produce articles/stories - minus the spelling/grammatical errors...... A good editor makes a polished, finished product - I have to admit that your excessive spelling/grammatical messes - makes me cringe and have put you at the bottom (in my mind) of a serious internet news page.

  9. Let's thumbs down Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer by deleting our accounts.

    Delete your Yahoo account if you do not like the new prostituted home page, the prostituted adds, the prostituted tabloid news, the removal of the 'Bell Icon' for responses to posts, and the lack of respect for the Yahoo consumer. There are plenty of other sites out there to choose from, apart from Yahoo.

  10. I understand the need set certain limits of decency in the "comments" word filter, but...

    C'mon, words like "*" and "*" are just a part of common 21st century vernacular, and, today I wrote the word "scum" and it got censored! Really?

    Time to stop being so puritanical, Yahoo, and update your filters to allow modern day vocabulary usage.

    How about polling users about what words to allow, and stop being the morality police.

    Provide a "Skip ad" button for each video. No one cares about what is advertised. There is no evidence to show that they do.

  19. I dislike this page so much that I do not think I will be coming back if it does not change,

    The headlines over the picture is so annoying and distracting. The endless list of news to scroll on is tedious and time consuming. I get where you want to go which is on the phones that are smaller and user can thumb down on the news feed and the headlines are not as bad if it is a very tiny picture but on a tablet or a computer it is a major annoyance and disturbance. In this life we already have so many flashing lights, scrolling blinking lights forced upon us that coming on here by choice and being annoyed…
