  1. Navteq, the data provider, is unresponsive and their map is wrong

    In July 2012, I made numerous map change requests to Navteq (your map data provider). Simply has prove the adage that you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink. Navteq was unresponsive for months, then when I filed a BBB complaint they promised to change the map (in a few months). When I followed up further, more promises, and then they said it was fixed. It's not fixed and now they contradict themselves and are refusing to fix what they promised before would be fixed.

  3. Trailer Park Dr, has been replaced by Tulipwood Ct. Tulipwood Ct runs from Bishop Estates Rd south/east to Orange Ave in Zip 32259

    Please remove Trailer Park drive and show Tulipwood CT. My address is 38 Tulipwood Ct Unit A, 32259. Your maps in this area are over a year OUT OF DATE. PLease update there are 40 + families living in this area.....Jim Cowen

  5. beds unlimited furniture an more is located inside oakwood mall

    if you could add located inside oakwood mall it would be more accurate. address is correct considering you show us next to highway outside of mall which is not correct . we our about 1000 feet straight south from where you have us marked on map. if you notice the big circle of land south of present marker that's OAKWOOD MALL and we our inside. mall owns all the land from inside to highway. unfortunately all retailer have same address.4125 W.   13. Northwest Industries is located on the wrong side of the road

    Northwest Industries; 1128 walnut gate rd, Russellville Alabama 35654 is located on the west side of hwy 243 not the east. This is a problem for our customers. when coming east bound on walnut gate road, we are located on the right hand side when reaching the stop sign at the intersection of hwy 243. the current maps shows you going through the stop sign and then it being on the right, which is wrong.   16. please implement a problem reporting system like google maps.

    Yahoo maps should provide an interface for users to correct yahoo maps. Then the developers can review and pick the correct changes. I was able to do so for google maps (adding new street names in the new development area). I wanted to do the same to the yahoo maps, but I just could not do it.

    The only thing that should be at this address is Home Oasis Pools and Spas. You still have Pool People listed twice. They closed down in Chippewa Falls years ago.

    Childs Point Rd should continue south on the peninsula until the south end. Yahoo Maps now shows the name changing to Bywater Rd once it passes Woods Rd. Road renamed Childs Point Rd years ago
