yahoo moved my actual default location in the 11375 area to the center of nyc. Must type my location each time. Very irritating.
Now I see that yahoo maps is totally dysfunctional - will no longer try to use it. Pity it used to be better for my needs than google - that's why I liked and used it. No more!! Have used Yahoo since mid '90's before Google but if Yahoo can't get back on track will have to sadly say Goodbye to Yahoo and use google instead. Hope you can get it together Yahoo.
