  1. who needs these email categories in the first place, care to explain why default is set to 'primary' but not 'all' ?

    I hate that the default email tab is “Primary.” Seriously, who needs these email categories in the first place?

    I keep missing emails because the app defaults to the Primary tab, which essentially decides for me which emails are important and which aren’t. I keep switching to “All Mail,” but within five seconds, it automatically reverts to “Primary.”

    This is incredibly frustrating. I’m so fed up with this behavior that I’ve stopped using the email app altogether.
