I like that the map shows bus locations, but I do wish it showed businesses as well.
I would like to see an option that would allow me to see businesses located on the map, in addition to the bus stops I now see.

More contrast.
Needs more visual contrast and looks washed-out. Difficult to see roads and legend with gamma turned up any. Google Maps looks good.

Remove the Prescott, AZ that you have on your map, and replace it with the real Prescott, AZ. That is west of Prescott Valley, AZ.
Read above, and then change it.

Traffic colors are misleading when zoomed out
When I am at a scale of 1" = 1mi or greater, the map shows a lot more green, even on areas where the color should be deep red and black.
Example: A 3 mile section of I-85 in Gastonia, NC was all red and black when zoomed into the 1"= 0.5 mi scale, but turned mostly green (no black at all) when at 1" = 1.0 mi. THE ROAD WAS CLOSED and you guys had it showing up as green.
I compared with Google Maps and this does not happen. I will be switching my mozilla search back to…

You have half the 8th place one way circle. Your dot for 5825 n 8th place is supposed to be on the half of the circle which you don't have
The dot on the map for 5825 N 8th place is incorrectly place...what is also missing is the street underneath it. There should be another hemisphere added to the one on your map making one big loop. This loop is one way counter clockwise. By showing just half the circle people always go down the shown half circle the wrong way despite posted signs. They have there faces glued to their smartphone and never see the sign. We have had some near collisions so far. Hopefully you can fix this for the smartphone navigators...THANKS

This is not an idea but a kudo for Yahoo. Your maps leave Google Maps so far back in the dust it blows my mind. Keep up the awesome work because we definitely don't want to leave Google as the only provider. They claim to do no harm yet their thinly and thickly veiled ads make my head hurt.
