    أودّ الاستفسار عن قضية والدي الذي يملك فايل نمبر الصادر من شهر الواحد و واصل إيلينة في الشهر الثالث وكانت كفيلته ابنة خاله.منذ شهر وستة ايّام قمت بيتحويل الكفالة من ابنة خاله الى الي لكن ابقيتة على نفس فايل نمبر فقط قمت بتحويل الكفالة من الدرجة الثالثة الى درجة الاولى. انه والدي البالغ من العمر ٦٥سنة لديه جلطة قلبية. وامي التي تبلغ من العمر ٥٨سنة لديها فقرات ومفاصل وسوفان في ركبها .وليس لديهما اخد غير اخي الذي يعيش معهما وهو غير قادر على مجارات ابي و أمي. و أرجو مساعدتنا وعطفكم علينا. وسعة صدركم لنا وشكرا لستماعكوم على ما قلته.…
