  18. Provide a new heading/category "Reasons Why I Find Yahoo Unuseable". Tick-boxes would be nice

    It might give Yahoo some idea of why people are no longer using it. I, for example, used Yahoo Help to change my password. I was told to go to Account> Security >Change Password. Trouble is, there is no Change Password facility. Duh
