  8. Just fix the basics, be more like news, less like Netflix

Obviously the app shows articles I'm supposedly interested in based on what I click on, which sometimes is nice, but this often leads to repeated stories and also a sense of not receiving any updated or important news that I may not have heard. Also, many articles based on a video or picture don't have proper links to the source material as they claim to. I want to be able to view comments easily for every article. And too many short opinion articles about nothing important.

  11. Yahoo should try to come with a new idea for pass word access by allowing user's to have a phone number to call into with a ID number.

Yahoo: should develop an easier way for their user's to have access to re-gaining lost or forgotten pass words by calling a Yahoo phone number that has an assigned ID number, for that user only. It would cut the time that may be required by a user when He /or She is in need of using their computers for both educational, and business measures along with keeping up with News that Yahoo plays a leading part in society today.

  13. The mail is slow and often stops altogether. Opening email & attachments takes a long time and sometimes it won't open.
