Make Yahoo News more like Flipboard!
I prefer to use Flipboard to Yahoo News because it feels more streamlined and is just a more visually appealing, modern-feeling experience. For example, Flipboard does this thing where the images kind of pan and you scroll down and flip through the headlines. This is a small thing but it makes the experience better. I also love that Flipboard groups articles by topics and let's you customize which topics you cate about.

Second article shouldn't be an ad! I
I don't think the second "article" should be an ad. I say place the first ad lower on the page! It makes the experience feel more organic and would make me trust the app more as a newssource, rather than an app whose main purpose is generating ad dollars for Yahoo.

Too much clicking, not enough loading, and too much celebrity garbage. Biased journalism at best, outright propaganda at worst. Too many negative stories!

First, aThere is no clear way to lookup friends and their yahoo stuff. Now, on the yahoo favorites, there are also no clear tool button.
Add a clear people search for within yahoo, to find and follow friends.

News Headlines Don't Link
I keep the app for the daily news digests but at least three times a week the headlines physically link to the wrong story. WhI h kind of negates the purpose of using the app.
