Some stories now present the whole article, but start at the item end instead of the beginning. Maybe better than "More". Not much.
Simply go directly to the story and present the beginning, not the end requiring you to page back to the story start.

Auto rotate
I am a bit of a news junkie, but I hate viewing news lengthwise. There are a few other news apps that won't auto rotate. I Uninstalled them as I will this.

You need to make it easier to search for stories
I will get a push notification on the story I might be interested in. If I accidentally cleared the push notification I can't seem to ever find that story when I go into the app.

Really? How long does it take to realize something's not right? How many negative responses, over what period of time, will l it take before someone decides to fix this now useless app?

It never wants to open I would delete the app if I could . I dont want it on my phone it takes up memory & I watch the news at home
Let the app be an option to load not an automatic load
