"The sheriff's deputies who shot and killed a 42-year-old unarmed Black man as he drove away in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, last month were justified in their actions and will not be criminally charged, a prosecutor said Tuesday". he was not unarmed he used his vehicle as a weapon not only to hit police officer but to also get away. He was a drug dealer selling Cocaine, heroin and worst of all Fentanyl. How many people has this man killed over the years by selling fentanyl to people? Why didn't this man just comply with officer? He was a criminal doing a criminal act and attempt to injure officers. If he had done none of those the officer would not had to react as they did. Lets place ownership where it needs to be placed and not blame others for for our own mistakes.
