Getting a notification that someone replied to my comments but cannot see it regardless of the article.
Can't even see the actual comment I posted.

Stop flooding my news with FOX article just because I clicked on ONE FOX article.
After I clicked on ONE FOX article over 25% of the article displayed on my news page started being FOX article. If I wanted to see that much FOX I would go to the FOX site.

When I first see a news article I am interested in and click for the video an unrelated story's video opens. A LOT. Please fix this failure

Login issue into comments system
Even though I am already logged into Yahoo website, your Yahoo comments system still log me out and every attempt to log back into your Yahoo comments system still won't let me in. I'm using Firefox browser (ver. 136.0).

Stop using artificial intelligence to caption stock photographs.
The AI-generated captions are so generic they are of little value. Maybe they are useful for blind users, but from what I've seen they are frequently incorrect or simply banal descriptions. Please employ real humans if you think you must provide captions for news article photos (which, by the way, are often not useful in any way other than to clutter the pages with color).

When I post something to a story then get an reply then click on it it may take me to the story but not the response they made. It used to work that way. It could take all day trying to find my post and reply. Would make for better posting if you could reply to an reply without scrolling through thousands on post.

Being able to scroll while ads are loading
I've had yahoo as my home page for a couple of decades. I can't scroll well anymore. If I open a couple of tabs on Yahoo, the problem is worse. I assume your ad servers cause the problems, but I'm not sure. I could make sure that I have the latest browser and that I clear my cache, or I can just go to google news. I don't have any problems there.

Stop the dancing news stories when scrolling. Hate it
Stop the ridiculous bobbing back and forth for the individual news stories. I have a headache just scrolling down the page and seeing the stories just dance around. There are other places to get the news you know

I cannot open my yahoo mail.
When I try to open Yahoo mail it says the latest version is not supported by your browser. It has an option continue with basic Mail but that goes nowhere just back to the same screen. I have Windows 7.

Yahoo email just started something new. It says you must update your browser or use Basic Mail. I have windows 7 and nothing will work I can no longer get to my Yahoo email. Basic mail does nothing.

Several issues with Yahoo news
I spoke to a yahoo tech and was told to enter my problems here. He said to mention that I received no community guidelines notifications on using yahoo news.
It used to work great but it hasn't in months. I have two big issues. Presently, EVERY post or comment I make is 'submitted for approval'. Every single comment. Why and could you please turn that off?
When I click on a notification, that used to bring me to the person's response or back to my original post/comment. Several months ago, instead of bringing me back to my post, it sends…

Fix broken links being sent in email reguarding Comments posted and liked
Links sent to Yahoo email when someone comments or likes a post made on yahoo news articles are broken. They broke around Oct 2024 - you can click on the email links, however it does not take to you to the posters message or feedback so you have no way to comment or feedback when someone provides feedback on your posts.
