why are we no longer allowed to click the 3 dots to the right of the article to see lees from that news source?
I know why you won't let me see the news sources I want to see but I want to hear from the Liberals running Yahoo to explain it to me without telling me you are Communist. I'm waiting....

I am sick and tired of biased news. Presents the facts and let us make up our minds.

Put an option by each news article to allow the reader to delete the story one ones like it ,i.e. cute kitten or animal stories, the new source if we believe the source is false or spreading propaganda, or topics like celebrities, sports, medicine.

It would be nice to not have to see the constant whiny misinformation peddled by HuffPost, The Guardian and The Independent. By platforming these viewpoints you are complicit is pushing false narratives and engineering society.

Liked it when we could eliminate the sources we didn't care about with the 3 dots click.

Give us back the ability to choose our news sources.

Please allow users to block sources and content topics. On google, I don’t have to read one article about Donald Trump-makes for a more pleasant day.

Would it be possible to add the "show less" function of the news feeds to the desktop version of Yahoo? Mobile has the swipe left function to see less of certain feeds and this would be a great help to those of us that still keyboard.

I am not interested in sports and I don't want to have to scroll past sports related content.

Bring Back the Dots so a person can get LESS from sources they consider untrustworthy or from locations they are not interested in. For example by clicking on ONE Fox article my page now consists of a large number of Fox article and Fox has been proven to be biased and Fox is dishonest enough to insists on calling opinion news.

If I can't get Huff Post removed I will remove Yahoo News.

Give users the choice of formats for Yahoo News. The new format is worthless.
Give users the ability to opt out of news feeds - especially the ones that support anti-democratic viewpoints.

Bring Back the Dots and dont use dubious sources like The NY Post and Fox News. It's insulting your readers' intelligence

um, they make me see foxnews / nypost trash journalism. that's why I'm here; to find out how to keep them off my news feed. nearly every time i see pure clickbait, false outrage, trash on my news feed it's usually from fox, the nypost, or some other newscorp garbage site. I don't want to see them . I don't care about a judge in the hot tub with public defenders, scare story about airport charging ports, the parents of dead only fans model, or a philly lady exposing herself on a plane. These are the trashy click bait, salicious soft **** of trumptrash, not journalism or news.

You used to have the option for a person to filter the news categories that we are, or are not, interested in. Please bring that option back.

Hey there! It's always a bummer when things change, isn't it? So, about those elusive three dots on the right of articles – it's not just you. The reason you can't click on them anymore to see more from that news source is likely due to updates or changes in the Quora platform itself. Tech companies are always tweaking their interfaces to enhance user experience or implement new features, and sometimes that means certain functionalities get shuffled around or replaced.
From my own experience in the tech world, these alterations can be frustrating at first, but they're usually aimed at making the platform more user-friendly or secure. In the case of Quora, they might have restructured the way articles are displayed or refined their content-sharing policies. If you miss that feature, you can always check the platform's updates or support forums for any official announcements or user discussions. Sometimes, there might even be a workaround or a new method to achieve a similar result. Stay curious, and you might just stumble upon a new Quora feature that'll make up for the loss of those three dots!
Now, speaking of changes, let me tell you a quick story from my own life. Back in the day, I used to rely heavily on a certain productivity app for managing my daily tasks. One day, they revamped the entire interface, and I felt completely lost without my familiar layout. It was frustrating initially, but after exploring the new features and getting used to the changes, I realized the update actually made my workflow more efficient. So, while it's annoying when things shift around, sometimes it leads to unexpectedly positive outcomes. Embrace the change, and who knows, you might discover a whole new way to navigate Best Regards: https://nationalexecutivetransfers.co.uk/
