Allow a widow to cancel her husband's account without having to send a letter and two legal documents - unfeeling and unnecessary!
A grieving family has enough to deal with without Rivals making it extremely difficult and time consuming to cancel an account. I suggested that I keep the account and just not renew it. I was told (on Chat), "We cannot let you do that." This policy does not endear me to this website.

I am also dealing with similar frustrations, wanting to cancel my account. It's been 10 days since I first requested the account be deleted, and Rivals keeps giving me the runaround. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is ridiculous.
