  3. I found 2 basic problems with your top level home page.

    I found 2 basic problems with your top level home page.

    1/ In the top left was a line "Hi {my username}" when I click on it a menu pops up. But it is so well separated from the link that it pops down BEFORE I can get the mouse into the box. I am using a Chrome Web Browser.

    2/ When I did (by fluke) get into the box I pressed "Account Info" link, and it sent me to the URL "https://profile.yahoo.com" which DOES NOT EXIST!

    At least the 'gear' menu also had a "Account Info" link…

  6. Pop ups

    Get rid of the pop ups covering the page and start showing current news stories.
    Rt has way better informative news stories..
    They are. Up to date on most important news and even cover stories that takes yahoo 5 days before you post them. Oh and find a better spell checker..
    Bit tired of seeing old news stories or the **** about celebrities.. I don't care if they jump off a cliff wearing the latest fashion.

  7. Page fails because of too many ads trying to load at once - over the top & unusable!!

    Cut back on the long running scripts and video that prevent users from actually USING your website.
    If we cant use it then we will go elsewhere, no matter how loyal to the brand.

  9. why are you telling me you prevented an unauthorised sign in to my account. ?

    EVERY time you so smugly tell me that yahoo prevented an unauthorised sign in to my accounts - that coincides EVERY time with the EXACT time that yahoo thwarted me on my own computer and stopped me from signing into my own yahoo account. Yahoo is like some senile grandma who thinks they are doing well when in truth they are mis-interpreting and mis-reading the situation all because they have such out of date ANTI-CUSTOMER systems in place where yahoo FAILS to understand the consequences of the rules they impose on legitimate customers trying to use their own email account.

  13. Have a proper way to provide feedback about Channel 7 complaints

    Channel 9 has a good way to complain about eg a particular TV programme but I cant find a way to complain about channel 7 easily.
