Since the update for https://au.finance.yahoo.com/?p=finance.yahoo.com by adding animated graphics it will often consume up to 60% of my cpu capacity. Please fix it by removing or reducing the number of animated graphics.

Hiring of monkeys at Yahoo7
I believe we need to report Yahoo7 to RSPCA as they should not be using animals to review stories. It is clear by the increase in typos, spelling and grammatical errors that the 1000 monkeys used to generate the stories are no longer capable. You need to release these monkeys and perhaps employ some dolphins or a higher intelligence species to ensure that the quality of the stories is where it should be. We know you are more tabloid journalism than real journalism but at least ensure we shoot you for content and not for presentation.

The playback for mkr is awful. Pauses half way through, can't watch full episodes, never ever works properly. Awful.
Make it better. Freezes after all ads, pauses, sounds stops, you have to reload and watch all ads again to get back to the same point after it has paused, slow, very poor quality compared to other systems like BBC iplayer. Has anyone from yahoo actually watched anything on plus7? Not good.

There needs to be a reporting process for programs that are not replaying properly on Plus7
At the moment, if a program is not replaying correctly on Plus7, e.g. stopping part way through, or returning to the start position after each ad break, thereby forcing the viewer to fast-forward through the program to get back to where they were, or some other issue; there is no way to report this to Yahoo/Plus7 in a timely manner. Watching the same advert 4 times in a row is also mind-numbing!

Changing passwords
I have just spent the last hour trying to change a password on a pre-existing account. What your system has done has now logged me into yahoo7 under the email address I use as the back up contact one and it now will not let me sign out. What kind of service is this??? I am now linked to a whole lot of **** I don't want AND still can't change my password!!

Photos of dead children are not okay.
I refer to the tragic story of Nate the toddler (https://au.be.yahoo.com/lifestyle/real-life/a/34336837/must-read-the-moving-story-of-toddler-nate-yahoo7-be/ ). I read his moving story, only to be confronted with a private photo taken by grieving and devastated, not to mention vulnerable parents. It's great to raise awareness about accidental drowning, it is counterproductive to show photos. Consider your audience who may well have had bereavements of their own to whom this is incredibly distressing. Please give some humanity to your service and consider your content. I respectfully request you please remove the photo, or at least put a distressing photographic content warning on there.

WTF - why do Yahoo persist in using (sic) in all your stories...?
Go back to school - your the use of (sic) in a line of text is a waste of time and bloody annoying. The quotation marks around a line or piece of text indicate that this is a direct quote or line as give so why the double down? I am going to assume you still say PIN number when number is the last initial.

Very easy- read all the comments below.
Here's an idea to clean up your homepage- listen to the very people you're trying to reach. Advertising is a dead medium, si people e don't want unwanted products. ideas or fake stories (that are really ads) shoved down their throats.
You mention that you have introduced a more 'slicker, more modern & more intuitive' homepage. your webmail help is no help. I've lost years worth of emails and you offer no visible way to get help.
Ive lost years worth of emails and it seems, and there is no visible way of getting help from you as there are only specific topics which don't allow for the ability to elaborate on a problem. I would appreciate someone letting me know why I have 1tb of email storage. Im using .1% of that and I cant find emails dating back longer than three months. How come? Email me please.....
