I need help but my option is not there! No option to contact you with the problem
I need help and your help does NOT help
1. I have followed your help to disable email forwarding YESTERDAY, and it still is forwading.
2. I have posted the question in ANSWERS but they refer to the help instructions.
3. I searched my problem, and there was no answer so I clicked on Contact us and that didn't HELP either as my problem was not listed. So this is my last resort. Here is my problem:
It seems that Yahoo is sending all emails into my outlook account. I have changed my Yahoo settings to POP as suggested by the Yahoo Help yesterday and it still is forwarding to my outlook account. How can I get it to stop? Please help!
It would be HELPFUL to have a proper contact where an expert from Yahoo can quickly resolve the problem. It should be within 1 or 2 days.

You asked me to contact customer care to continue activation so I tried for 30 minutes. There appears to be no way to do so except through feedback. I do not have time to engage in an endless loop of recommended reading and what ever else.
I see this has been said before. Clearly you don't listen to your customers. Help needs to be available, quickly easily and efficiently. And you wonder why I haven't been back. -

I agree....the help is of No Help!! No options to contact properly. Mine is funnier because I complained that I couldn't open / access emails.... so they send me an email???? My problem has been going on for over a month!!! NO NOT FRUSTRATED !!!
