    I agree....the help is of No Help!! No options to contact properly. Mine is funnier because I complained that I couldn't open / access emails.... so they send me an email???? My problem has been going on for over a month!!! NO NOT FRUSTRATED !!!

  2. Sick to death of not being able to access my email and the only contact is via email....HELLO!!! problem is can't open my mail!!
