I am so sick of losing some of my internet credit just to have your bloody ad come up across the top of the screen EVERY time the home page
Every time I open my your homepage, I have to wait while the rotten bloody top ad loads We have bad internet access at best and this just ads to the problem. Part of my internet credit MUST be getting used up just to load your ads so NO your yahoo is NOT free to us. You get your money from the advertisers but this has the added consequence of us losing some of our internet allocation. It cements my stance that ANY AD that inconveniences me I try my hardest to NEVER use that product

Get rid of the big ad that pops up everytime the home page appears. I am so fed up with it, it turns me off coming to yahoo.

Very insensitive and not the first time I have noticed similar advertisments being paired with bad news items....malaysian tourist adverstisments coupled with the MH370 loss springs to mind. Is it too difficult to consider which ads are paired with news items so this insensitve type of placement is not repeated ?

Stop the ads every other news story, can't be bothered with yahoo news, bring back user friendly page.
Bring back user friendly page, I suffer from uncontrolled seizures and having pop up ads and "chasing around" the page ads can be harmful. To make matters worse there are ads every second or thirds news story, trying to read the news is becoming like "PULLING TEETH" , I guess the advertiser's or the powers that be at Yahoo think that ticking people off will more of the products? Right?

Hi I use Yahoo mail for all i can remember and was always happy. I recently had a very bad experience form sponsored ad on your page about $1.00 iphones. I decided to try and after they charged Euro 1, i received message that now i subscribed to all your music website, in 2minutes time i emailed your music website that i want to cancel my subscription, but instead next day they charged me further $117 australian dollars. They do not reply to my emails either. Please check what you advertise as people trust YAHOO . Feeling down.Julia
