Very easy- read all the comments below.
Here's an idea to clean up your homepage- listen to the very people you're trying to reach. Advertising is a dead medium, si people e don't want unwanted products. ideas or fake stories (that are really ads) shoved down their throats.
You mention that you have introduced a more 'slicker, more modern & more intuitive' homepage. Check this person's background and her credibility exclude her level of scientific approach, which is non existent. Get shows working more effectively
Having 7 ads in between segments of a show is a bit much, but what frustrates me is when it freezes, you refresh your page and before you can select where you were up to, you have another 7 ads! This is what makes me quit watching Yahoo!7

I have PAID for a business account and only had Yahoo Mail for several days....I've only been able to log in ONCE.
Paying for an e-mail account generally means it should work. I've paid for this account and domain and have only been able to log in once. How in the actual *** am I supposed to run a business I can't access the e-mail for?? Every time I've tried to log in it tells me "Temporary error 2" and your "help" of logging out and back in and "usually fixed within a few minutes to a few hours" isn't acceptable. Ive lost years worth of emails and it seems, and there is no visible way of getting help from you as there are only specific topics which don't allow for the ability to elaborate on a problem. I would appreciate someone letting me know why I have 1tb of email storage. Im using .1% of that and I cant find emails dating back longer than three months. How come? Email me please.....

Have to switch homepages as excessive ads and videos prevent me reading anything
excessive ads, popups and videos running make it impossible for pages to load so we can read articles. I have used Yahoo.com.au as my homepage for over 15 years but now its impossible to read any news items as they just will not load and I have to go to rivals like ninemsn in order to get news updates. Such a shame. I always preferred yahoo.
