  5. I am losing my emails and now I lost my account

    first I lost most of my emails then got them back missing few. now I can't access my email at all. from the look of it .... i have no account with you... WTF...... FIX IT ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  6. Each time I try to log on to my mail

    Each time I try to log on to my mail I am diverted to enter my cell number, change my password and create a profile. This is very annoying so how can I stop it ? I just want to log in and go to my e-mail like it has been in the past.

  7. I cannot access my e-mail, and have been unable to for most of the last week.

    All other websites are working fine, G-mail is working fine, my router is fine, my IP has checked for problems. This is a problem at Yahoo's end. I cannot contact Yahoo, as you have disabled that ability. I will be leaving Yahoo permanently at the end of this week if I have not heard from someone about this issue. I am fed up.

  8. Stop asking me to change my password and add a mobile number!

    I don't fcking want to! I like my super secure password and do not have a mobile number! This sh!t has persisted since the supposed "Heartblead" incident. Amazing how a threat can be perceived when in fact it was a scare tactic to get everyone to change their info so it COULD be collected! Again, STOP asking me to change my password and add a mobile number EVERY ****** time I log in!

  10. I do not have a mobile phone and do not want to be submitting my home phone number as a "security" feature, so please discontinue the pop-up

    I am tired of being asked when I log in to check my email to provide my mobile phone number as a phony security feature. Although I have no mobile phone, I also highly doubt the stated reason for asking is legitimate and that I wouldn't just end up on dozens of call lists. I also have no desire to provide my home number. So either stop asking for the numbers or provide a third reply option of "No, thanks and don't ask again!"

  12. Allow users to forward important emails to a different email account when we can't open/access our Yahoo mail.

    Being able to access important and timely emails sent to my Yahoo account has become increasingly difficult recently. At best, I can read the email Subject/Titles but just cannot access the content when needed. A band-aid measure would be to allow us to forward important messages without having to open them (since we can't, anyway), to a different email account the user may have. This way, important messages can be accessed and answered while Yahoo troubleshoots the error. Without this, my only suitable alternative would be to leave Yahoo for a more reliable provider. I don't use Yahoo for play.

    this new homepage is total ****. It's like having "people" magazine endlessly scrolling, with garbage ads, mixed in with the stories?????? Absolute garbage.Hard to read, hard to see - I will never use this page except as a way to get to my email.

    STOP THIS ****. Normally there is a place where you can click to remove or block emails. This does not seem to be the case here. Please BLOCK all emails from this business to me

    Every week I go to check my yahoo email it will NOT accept my password and i have to keep making a new one. I mean WTF is going on there?     Get rid of the Ads you can't delete in personal email account. Get rid of the split screen view - cannot read a decent message without adjusting panes! I will be deleting my yahoo account if the inbox format is not changed.
