  4. Unclear: Getting scam email? or is it? about upgrading my yahoo

    I got a message supposedlyfrom Yahoo indicating I had been ignoring messages to upgrade my yahoo and threatening to cut off my incoming emails.

    Yes, I understand free email accts are being limited to 20GB, but I only have ~350MG so that’s OK. Therefore I assume this is a scam phishing message, as warned on many internet sites

    BUT if this message is NOT scam, and is indeed from you, why are you indicating I have to upgrade if my storage is below the new limit? No wonder I assume your repeated messages are a scam and ignore them? Pls…

    Literally what are you doing? Why would you force a third party into your feedback process? I'm sure it's all AI but it's not OK. If you need to save money this badly I don't know why you're in business!

  10. Do you not want anyone to use Yahoo mail?

    What are you doing? Suddenly reducing mail capacity and changing the whole layout of mail to make it look like Gmail? I don't want Gmail but why would I stay and put up with this? What are you doing? Literally no one wants this. I get that someone with a big brain is trying to generate revenue for you but this is not the way.

    All your basic news is so clearly slanted. I have a political science degree and try to look at things in a neutral circumspect manner and your constant negative comments about Trump are ridiculous. How can anyone be only negative all the time yet he continues to be supported by so many. If you want better credibility start being more mature and responsible and report more on the facts.     I have no use for a cell phone, because I'm always here. My wife had a mental breakdown and had a humongous fear of technology and I was lucky to be able to even get a laptop,

  20. Can you please fix my geoIP location?

    Hi, my Internet service provider is new and they are using a repurposed IP block. The major databases have updated the location to Canada (Oakville, ontario if it is precise). Some of the secondary databases think I am in China. The result is that I cannot use yahoo sites/apps on my home wifi. Can you update the database for my geoID?

    The IP is 38.86.3.223

    I had to reach out to Netflix and Disney+. Bloomberg is next.

    Any help here would be great.
