This new home page is TERRIBLE!!!
What were you thinking to reconfigure a perferctly well-working, easily navigatable site into this cobbled mess? CANOE did the same thing a while back and I abandoned that. Please revert to the old layout and it would also be much appreciated if you would not use BLUE lettering for headlines overtop of a photo or black background......ya can't read it!

Mobile-optimized home page is terrible for computer users
I started using yahoo.ca when yahoo.us got optimized for mobile, but this is my last visit to yahoo.ca since it too is now mobile-optimized. I like Yahoo content, but I primarily use this thing called a "computer" which the mobile-optimized format doesn't work so well on. Thanks Yahoo for many wonderful years, but it's time to replace you. Bing isn't as good as your old home page, but it's better than your new one. Good luck!

I am wondering why Yahoo! team compulsorily forcefully re-direct the Yahoo! USA to Yahoo! Canada. Am I right that US Citizen has the right to choose which one they wish but not for the Canadian? Yahoo! exercises discrimination?

At least let us edit the page
The previous version was so much easier to read and work with. At least give us the option in this new format to opt out of seeing reams of useless stories that we have no interest in and let us be able to organize the stories the way we want instead of including news, sports, finance and entertainment in a big mish-mash that takes ages to sort through.

With all due respect, why would you think this was an improvement ? It may be for your ADVERTISERS but it certainly isn't for your users. Where did you bury the FACEBOOK connection? Perhaps we should start a BOYCOTT of the ADVERTISERS....anyone up for it?

I absolutely hate ( yes a strong word) your email system.When you send out an email to many people...as us mom's do, you can't tell who has replied to you unless you look through the whole email. I am giving you 2 weeks to change it and if you don't I am switching my email account to gmailand telling everyone else on my contacts to do the same. Also we will cancel of our rogers internet service. It is absolutely terrible.

fix the font of headlines of the home page news items to something normal please.
there was hardly any problem at all with the old home page, but now it is very user unfriendly and when clicking on a news item, the subsequent headlines are in some weird font. Could you please change the font to a normal one.

I hate the new homepage. I've lost my direct link to FBook... or if it's still there, the page is too big and I can't find it.
I hate the new home page. Where's the link to Facebook? There's too much stuff. I don't like MSN for the same reason. Now I guess I'll go to Google.

Difficult to digest the high volume of intermixed world/local news
I like the look of the update but the 'news' section is way too vast - can you subdivide it into World, US, Canada, provincial (local). Sometimes I am really only interested in what's happening domestically, for example.
