    Its sad that you do not really care or even read the feedback comments.Most companies would see this many complaints and react to customer feedback.Some might use it as a tool to get more viewers but you seem to take the position of thinking that you know better than the readers you serve

  11. I don't know if is yahoo.ca or yahoo.com, every time I go to my yahoo email they ask me for changing password, give them phone number, WTF!

    Stop asking people to change their passwords and ask them the cellphone number and *. I hate that page bugging me for the last **** month or more. Are you ******* mad???? I will erase my yahoo account and never ever go on any ******* yahoo page and *! There are other sites that give email account free. *****!

  15. OMFG. New home page is seriously @#$%@#$%ed up. 3 different browsers 3 different articles.

    Old format was FUNCTIONAL! I could scroll across the articles in almost the same manner as on my phone.

    NO I DON'T INSTALL USER TRACKING APPS WHEN A BROWSER INTERFACE SHOULD BE ALL I NEED.

    This is ridiculous. Stuck with 1 big picture of an article I am not interested in and vertically scrolling through a bunch of stupid thumbnails.

    PEOPLE READ LEFT TO RIGHT IN ENGLISH.

    The previous layout was obviously designed by someone with more than half a brain and functionally literate in English.

    Too bad they hit 35 and got pushed aside.

    This new format makes MSN…

  16. passwords are insane, your system will not allow me to pick anything i will remember.

    Try removing some security or you will lose users like myself. I have used my gmail address because I am NOT able to reset my Yahoo password.

  17. Losing readers at a furious pace I see. The new (CA) home page is unequivocally terrible. Switch it back soon or lose even more.

    While you're at it, decrease the ads and drastically reduce the videos. You may regain a few readers if you're lucky.

  18. Fantasy Hockey Help feature is awesome!

    Just wanted to say that the yahoo help team is very useful! My roommate and I were running a fantasy hockey draft and when we went to set the line-ups less than an hour before the draft we were locked out and couldn't do it. We used the help feature and it put us in contact with Jonathan. He was able he finalize our line-ups to what we needed and got it all done in time for the draft. Keep up the great work, that was great service!
