  2. Have more human contact with someone to really help solve problems.

    I have been trying for over 3 years to pay a bill of 16 cents that Yahoo says I owe them. I have tried everything I can think of, talking to staff, sending an email nothing works. I want to start Ad Blocking and cannot do it because I owe Yahoo 16 cents.?

  3. Put in an email address so when we require help we can receive. AI is useless.

    Like today with this Microsoft world outage. It some how infectected my email. There is no way to contact Yahoo for help. The AI chat is useless.

  10. Why are you not posting any important Canadian news?

    Nothing about the documents leaked over Arrive-Can, nothing about our PMO’s corruption. How about an article regarding the Emergencies Act being deemed unconstitutional? I don’t care about the royals, nor do I care about American politics. Please stop trying to hide one side of the news while promoting absolute rubbish no one within Canada is interested in.

    Please put a blurr with a warning on disturbing videos or don't auto play them. I don't want to watch someone getting assaulted. It's really hard for some people to see those things. I have not found an option to turn off the auto play on my pc. You shouldn't be made to see these on the home page.

  20. It has been 3 months since our ability to generate passwords for devices has not worked. What is wrong with Yahoo tech. Why can't they fix.

    Why doesn't Yahoo hire competent technology coders to fix their terrible platform. What good is an email server if the users cannot access it with their devices. Come on Yahoo. Every other tech company in the world is more efficient than you.
