  1. On vacation from Canada to Mexico. Can't access my account because Yahoo wants to do security checkpoint by sending a code to my phone.

    I can't sign into my Yahoo account because it will ONLY let me if I type in a code that I will be sent to my cellphone......I am on vacation so I don't have my phone so I can't access my account. This is unfair and ridiculous.

  2. i forgot my password and my phone kept acting up now its asking me where i spent my honeymoon and well ive never been married...

    Why not if they can't figure out the answer to one security question go on to another. I don't remember picking a security question to where I spent my honeymoon I've never been married.

    BEFORE you click sign in, there's a envelope in the top right corner of the screen. Everytime I click on it, my anti virus pops up telling me that it stopped a virus from downloading servrel viruses onto my computer! Please fix this!!!

    stop allowing these people to use your service to scam innocent people--if you call the number they provide your charged 50 to 200 dollars an hour--they use yahoo addresses--they pretend you have an inheritance and need to call

  10. I'ts more of a question than a comment. How come everytime that I sign in to Yahoo mail, i get prompted with my secret question?

    This went on for about six months. Now for the last month, Yahoo will only let me sign in if I get a verification code sent to my phone. Why can't I just sign in like before. It would be real nice to get a real answer. I tried yahoo questions and changed my password to no avail. Thanks

  18. Redesign Yahoo.ca Landing Page.

    Please redesign your landing page to look modern. The ads and the layout cheapens the Yahoo Brand. I want to make yahoo.ca my landing page but the site just looks old and outdated plus some of the ads you are running cheapens the yahoo brand.
