  1. Video problem

    Fix the **** video, at least provide an explaination. I can't believe a large site like Yahoo can not fix a video problem. I'm really tempted to go to another site. Home page,mail, everything will be changed. Do you know what that is. It's called losing a customer.

  2. Why do you change our Email format every odd month???? This is freaky awfull !!!!!!!!! Please return to previous formats.

    I can't even forward a message today. I click in the To or Bcc line, then click on Contact Icon & my contact list does not even come up. What's with that? This is just freakin' awful. Bad service.

  3. There is no GEAR icon on the search feature for Yahoo Canada when using either Firefox, or Chrome

    There is no GEAR icon on the search feature for Yahoo Canada when using either Firefox, or Chrome. I originally thought this was a Yahoo toolbar problem, but it is a Yahoo Canad problem. The icon does not exist if you use an updated version of Firefox. It still exists if you use Internet Explorer. Please fix your software or lose to other search features.

  4. Please let me have the OLD style e mail.

    I just hate the newer version of e mail...when I check sent mail they all show ME as the reciever,,forwarding a message is also crummy,,
    any way I can get the old style back??/

  8. The canadian contant is different than the Quebec content. Yahoo canada do not m a french canadian is about to win the gold prize at canne .

    How come Yahoo canada do not mention that Xavier Dolan a french canadian cineast is about to win the gold palm at canne festival ???
    It seems this is a national new we alle should be proud of....

  9. Why do you keep mucking about with the format

    I used to be able to type something into search, get a page that had a nice layout of suggestions, and then across the top was things like web, images, local and so on. Now it is down the left hand side. When looking at images now the sizes are all different instead of a uniform size. You are paying people apparently to mess about with stuff that DOESN'T NEED TO BE CHANGED. If it was working why do you ***** with it. God you people are annoying constantly changing things and making them worse, less user friendly and annoying.

  15. It seems all Yahoo!Mail can provide is "Network Error"

    All I get is net errors......
    One of every 20 e-mails I can actually read ...
    I'm really dissatisfied with the new Yahoo format ....
    I've been a Yahoo user for over 30 years ...
    Personally I think this "new format" is under thought and put out to the public even before a successful beta was attempted.
    I'll attach my Yahoo e-ddress but only the gods will tell if I can retrieve a response from Yahoo !!!!!!!
