Ashleigh Patterson: Ashleigh, you might want to do a little more research before you make some recommendations. I am a Licensed Optician and Certified Contact lens fitter and have seen(and sent to doctors) several people with serious eye problems related to contact lens wear, including a gentleman who recently (within the last 3 months) had to have a corneal transplant. This gentleman is a professional and will be unable to work for 12 -18 months. (There are others as well)

Can you turn Auto Complete On in the email address line? We can't be going through a whole list of addresses to get the address we want. I want to choose MY favourites, not be stuck with YOUR favourites! That is why I had this as my home page to begin with.
Go back to old page where it allowed us to change our favourite links and place them up top. I don't like having your choices on the top and only getting five of my own. I rarely look at your links... Even my kids asked where their links went!

Same as e-mail, you are tampering with something that was fine the way it was!
The new e-mail format is confusing. It's hard to distinguish between read, unread, replied or forwarded. You give the option to go back to Basic format in settings but despite the "save" button in settings it goes back to your "improved" version on next login. Can you make the "save" button do just that: save? I'm not interested in the new format.
And now you "improved" the homepage. Awful. Cluttered. Hurts my eyes. But it seems that Yahoo doesn't pay attention to feedback. It seems that it's about creating new projects for employment's sake instead of catering to users. I'm…32nd ranked -

I have tried to adapt. This new-email system proves MOST frustrating. SO NOT USER FRIENDLY!!! Opening tabs like folder SELDOM works on First request... the whole thing SUCKS. I like NOTHING about this new new system. WISH you would return the old one or QUICKLY IMPROVE THIS ONE!!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
